Backordered Orders

You can review orders that are backordered in ShipHero by following these steps.

1. Login to ShipHero > Inventory tab > Products:

2. Search for the product by either Name or SKU:

3. Once you select the Name, it will open a new tab. Scroll down to the Orders box and adjust the settings to the following:

   • Allocated: All Orders

   • Backorder: Show Backordered

4. Export the orders via CSV or PDF for review.
