Ship Essential can now help you with more of your e-commerce needs!

We’ve added to our capabilities to bring more services so that you can reliably manage e-commerce operations.

The following guide walks you through how to properly request Value Added Services so we can properly assess your needs and provide a quote. These services are one-off tasks / projects that fall outside of our operations.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Detail Configuration (ie HS Codes, SKUs, UPC)

  • Shopify App set up (ie Address Validator, Bundling Apps)

  • 3rd Party Vendor Integrations

  • Partner Management

Before performing any Value Added Project, we ask that you follow the below instructions. We’ll hop on a preliminary consultation call (free of charge), then share an estimate. Since these are estimates, we’ll do our best to work within a given timeframe, however additional work hours or charges may be needed to complete your project.

Instructions:

  • Step 1. Submit a request to support@shipessential.com. Please share as much information as possible, including links and documentation.

  • Step 2. A Ship Essential team member will get back to you to confirm that your Value Added Project has been approved and will provide the estimate for the project.

    • If you receive an email requesting additional information, please follow up to provide whatever additional information has been requested to approve your project.

  • Step 3. After your Value Added Project has been approved, a Ship Essential team member is assigned to your project and your project will commence 

  • Step 4. Once completed your account will be billed for materials and labor.

Costs may include but are not limited to:

  • $250/hr per hour billed in 30 minute increments

  • Materials needed to complete project

  • Integration / Software Costs may be passed onto to you
