Gift Notes

Ship Essential is happy to offer our customers the ability to add custom, written notes to enhance the package opening experience. To include a note in your package, please complete the following actions:

• Place order(s) on Operator Hold in ShipHero

• Send email to support@shipessential.com with the message(s) you would like written and the order number(s)

A gift note SKU will be added to the order by our Customer Support team. They will then write the notes and ensure they are neatly placed in the package.
