Facilities Visits

We look forward to welcoming you to our Ship Essential facility! The following guide walks you through how to properly request a visit with us.

Requests to visit the Ship Essential facility may include but are not limited to:

  • Inventory Review

  • Quality Control review

  • Inventory & Order pickups

  • Inventory drop off

  • Generally just wanting to say hi :)

Please request and schedule a visit by emailing support@shipessential.com at least 48 hours prior to the desired time.

  • Order & Product Pickups must be accompanied by a completed order in the dashboard or your e-commerce store.

  • For incoming shipments, please follow our Receiving Guidelines to ensure an efficient and accurate process.

We understand that things happen at a moment's notice and if we are able, we will try to accommodate. In order to do this, please ensure that the necessary information is prepared in advance and that the request is made via the support channel.

If you do not receive confirmation from support@shipessential.com, please follow up. We may not be able to accommodate arrival at the warehouse without confirmation. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in Special Project and/or violation charges.
