As an extension of your brand, we are excited to be able to offer different rush services to you and your team, however our operation relies heavily on specific workflows. That being said, the following guide walks you through the process and policies around requesting a rush service with Ship Essential. It’s simple, just read below!
Please request a rush by emailing support@shipessential.com. Additional fees will be applied to invoices as they are processed. Nothing will be charged without notifying you first.
Some examples of these fees include:
Rushed Receiving: $100/hour
Rush Order Processing: $25/order
