Cancelling an Order

Note: For Integrated Stores, it is recommended that Order Cancellations are completed in your Store (i.e. Shopify) so that the cancellation will be reflected in both applications. Order Cancellations completed in ShipHero will NOT be reflected on the order in your Store.
From app.shiphero.com, navigate to Orders > Manage Orders.
Select the individual order you would like to cancel.
While on the individual order page, scroll down and on the right hand side you will see the Actions section. Click Cancel Order in the Actions section.
Complete the Order Cancellation by selecting Yes.
A confirmation message will appear and select OK to return to the order page.
