SHIP ESSENTIAL | 2024 HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE

The holiday season is here! The Ship Essential team is gearing up for a busy season, and feeling optimistic about a massive fourth quarter! We wanted to give you a little insight into how we will be operating during the holidays to help you have a successful Q4. Feel free to reference our 2024 Holiday calendar here.
Key Dates
October 2024 - January 2025 is peak season for shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Fedex.
Monday, November 11- Monday, December 30: We anticipate a high volume of rush orders and expedited service requests during this time. While we will do our best to honor all requests, we may quickly reach our capacity for rushes on the busiest days. If we are able to accommodate your request, rush orders will be charged at $25/order and rushed receiving will be charged at $50/hour. All requests should be sent to support@shipessential.com.
Thursday, November 28 (Thanksgiving Day): Ship Essential and our facility are closed
Tuesday, December 24 (Christmas Eve): Ship Essential is open & operating with limited hours. However, responses may be delayed
Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day): Ship Essential and our facility are closed
Tuesday, December 31 (New Year's Eve): Ship Essential is open & operating with limited hours. However, responses may be delayed
Wednesday, January 1 (New Year's Day): Ship Essential and our facility are closed
Receiving
Cyber Week & Black Friday: If you are sending inventory to us, we recommend making sure it arrives to us before November 1st. Depending on volume, receiving times after November 1st may be longer apply.
December Holidays: We anticipate a high volume of shipments to our facility following Black Friday. We recommend shipping inventory to the facility before November 1st to ensure that it is processed and ready to sell in time for the holidays. If you are sending inventory after November 1st, please notify us ASAP with the full details of your incoming inventory shipment(s).
Expedited Receiving is suspended during peak season.
Fulfillment
Order pulls are suspended during peak season. All updates must be made pre-fulfillment.
Returns
We anticipate a higher volume of returns during the peak season, which may result in extended processing times beyond the standard SLA.
