Before scheduling your delivery it's important to submit you ASN using the following link. Your account rep will then provide a link to share with your carrier. Deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 business hours in advance.
Unscheduled deliveries may be refused. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the size and nature of the delivery.
Our delivery receiving window is Mon-Fri from 9am - 3pm EST.

The entrance to the loading dock is on 2nd Ave. Give us a call at 315-400-3344 when the driver has arrived. We prefer docks 1 and 2, the driver can use any loading dock that is available.
