It's important to reach out to schedule your delivery using the following scheduling link- LINK. Deliveries must be made at least 48 business hours in advance.
Unscheduled deliveries may be refused. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the size and nature of the delivery.
Our delivery receiving window is Mon-Fri from 9am - 3pm EST.

The entrance to the loading dock is on 2nd Ave. Give us a call at 315-400-3344 when the driver has arrived. We prefer docks 10-14, the driver can use any loading dock that is available.
