View and Manage Returns

To view and manage pending Returns, on app.shiphero.com go to  Returns > All Returns.

View all returns generated within ShipHero. You can filter by Status, Warehouse, and date.

Return statuses are used to determine the state of the return order:

  • Pending: returned item(s) did not reach the warehouse yet.

  • Damaged: returned item(s) were in an unsellable state when returned.

  • Issue: returned items (s) had miscellaneous (e.g incorrect products returned)

  • RTS: returned item(s) were from a carrier return to sender (RTS).

  • Warehouse Complete: received item(s) back into the warehouse.

The Column Visibility tab allows control over which fields you view on the page. You have the option to export the data to CSV or PDF.
