How Does It Work?

Reach out to support@shipessential.com and let us know the details of the job: What are we transporting? Where is the pickup location? Where is the drop off location? We will determine availability and confirm a time slot with you. If needed, we can estimate transit and loading times. Please note that estimates are only estimates, and the total cost may differ from our quoted price.

Sometimes you need to get products to a photo shoot or that really important investor. This option allows you to request a trip from our team to deliver a few boxes in the NYC or LA areas.

• Must be booked 2 Business Days in advance

• Includes: One driver, 45 minutes (including time in transit, wait, and loading)

Additional:

• $40 per additional quarter hour, or any portion thereof

• $30 per hour, for additional handler(s) needed

• $100 additional flat fee for heavy boxes over 30lbs

• Rates apply if booking is made with less than 36 hours notice

• Includes: One driver, 45 minutes (including time in transit, wait, and loading)

• $50 per additional quarter hour, or any portion thereof

• $50 per hour, for additional handler(s) needed

• $100 additional flat fee for heavy boxes over 30lbs

Need to move a large amount of inventory? We can fill up an entire van, do multiple trips and stops if needed, and get your product where it needs to go. If the inventory volume is far above our van’s capacity (subject to our discretion) we may rent a larger vehicle or outsource the work. In this event, we will do our best to provide an accurate quote.

• Includes: One driver, one hour (including time in transit, wait, and loading)

Additional:

• $45 per additional half hour, or any portion thereof

• $30 per hour, for additional handler(s) needed

• $100 additional flat fee for heavy boxes over 30lbs

• Rates apply if booking is made with less than 72 hours notice

• Includes: One driver, 60 minutes (including time in transit, wait, and loading)

Additional:

• $50 per additional half hour, or any portion thereof

• $50 per hour, for additional handler(s) needed

• $100 additional flat fee for heavy boxes over 30lbs

Ship Essential’s Transport service is subject to availability, and all jobs are accepted at the sole discretion of Ship Essential. The clock starts when the van departs for the pickup location, and ends when it arrives back at our facility, or the next job. All tolls and congestion pricing fees will be charged to the customer. We reserve the right to determine, based on information from the customer and our own best practices, the number of employees required to complete a job. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In no event shall Ship Essential be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations or inventory loss arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, traffic, road closures, traffic detours, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Ship Essential shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the logistics industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
